EMC Storage File System Support
In many cases there will be a dependency of the underlying file system in order for the Precise storage support for EMC to work properly. It is important to verify the file system in use before installing the Precise storage components. If the file system in use is not listed below, please contact Precise support. The following file systems are comparable with the Precise storage extensions for EMC storage.

The following file systems and platforms are not compatible with the Precise storage extensions for EMC and are not supported:
- GFS, XFS - Linux
