This procedure guides you through a typical install of SQL BI Manager integrated with the Idera Dashboard.

  • The SQL BI Manager installation kit provides users with three installers: IderaDashboard, SQLBI, and SQLBI_1.1.017.
  • Idera recommends running the IderaDashboard installer first. See Install the Idera Dashboard for detail instructions.
  • Once our common technology framework is installed, run the SQLBI installer. For step by step instructions, see Install SQL Business Intelligence Manager.
  • If you wish to install both the Idera Dashboard and SQL BI Manager at once, use installer SQLBI_1.1.017.

 

The Idera Dashboard Web Application service comes with SSL already set up. For more information on running the Idera Dashboard over SSL, see Run the Idera Dashboard over SSL (HTTPS)
