Reports Utility

Use the reports utility to deploy reports on your SSRS Instances. The report utility is a windows application included with the SQL Inventory Manger installer.

 

Note:The Reports Installer Utility (executable) needs to be installed on the same server as the SIM services.

Accessing the report deploy utility

You can access the report utility clicking on Deploy Reports under the Reporting  section on the Administration tab of IDERA Dashborad.

Deploying reports To deploy reports on your instances follow these steps:

1. Open the reports utility and type the required information.
   Report Server Web Service URL: The location of the report server.
   Target SQL Server: The location of the .
   SQL Database: The name of the target database.
   Login ID: The windows user ID.
   Password: The Windows user password.
2. Click Next.
3. Select the reports you want to deploy and click Next.
4. when the installation process finishes click Finish.
