DropShadow Effect (PRIM_VS.DropShadow)
Drop shadow to appear around a control
Ancestors - Effect (PRIM_VS.Effect)Object (PRIM_OBJT)
Drop shadows can be used to make controls appear as though floating above their parent control. They can also be used to create a glow like effect, typically behind text, or a border to highlight a focus edit.
Dropshadow is a visual effect and does not alter the fundamental size of the control.
Controls with a DropShadow are clipped to ensure they fit within the bounds of their parent control.
