In order to successfully deploy the reports, you must specify a Microsoft Reporting Services Server and a data source for the report.

To specify a reporting services server and data source for the report

  1. Open the Reports Deployment Wizard.
  2. In Report Server, type the URL in the proper format.

    You must type the full URL address of the Microsoft Report Server. For example, http://<ReportingServer>/reportserver or http://<ReportServerPBI>reportserver

  3. Specify a Report Folder. Click Browse to search for and select the correct folder.
  4. Select whether you want to Use existing data source or Create a new data source. If you select that you want to create a new data source, complete the activated fields.
  5. Click Next.
