14.1 New Features

SQL Diagnostic Manager presents the following features and enhancements:

• SQL Diagnostic Manager 14.1 updates the Web Console with the following functionality already available in the Windows Console:
  • Resources > Server Waits. The Server Waits view of the Resources tab allows you to see all of the waits affecting server performance. Use this information to narrow down possible causes of the waits. For more information about using the Web Console's Server Waits view, see Monitor your system resources. For more information about using the desktop version's Server Waits information, see View server waits.
  • Databases > Availability Group and Databases > TempDB Summary. The Databases tab provides users with information regarding their Availability Groups and a summary of your TempDB database. For more information about using the Web Console's Databases tab, see Monitor your databases. For more information about the Availability Group tab, see Monitor AlwaysOn Availability Groups. For more information about the TempDB Summary tab, see Get the tempdb status summary.
