S/O Operator
Mandatory.
Specify the operator to be used with the nominated Select/Omit Column Name and S/O Value.
This column must be specified if the Select/Omit Type is Compare.
Rules
Allowable values are:
EQ | Equal to |

NE | Not equal to |
LT | Less than |
NL | Not less than |
GT | Greater than |
NG | Not greater than |
LE | Less than or equal to |
GE | Greater than or equal to |
