ReadOnly プロパティは、コントロールが入力に使用可能かどうかどうかを決定します。 

ReadOnly は Enabled プロパティとは異なり、コントロールがユーザーのアクションに応答することができます。 

Readonly はビジュアル コントロールの動作を変更します。関連のデータ変数には何の影響も与えません。
