IDERA Dasboard support

The prior browser interface for SQL Diagnostic Manager in IDERA Dashboard will continue to be supported in addition to the new SQLDM browser interface. If you want to use IDERA Dashboard, you can install it separately and manually register SQL Diagnostic Manager.
